In this role, you’ll be at the heart of everything: keeping operations tight, customers happy, vendors aligned, and systems running smoothly. You’ll support multiple brands, working directly with the founder, and get exposure to real business-building in motion.

What You’ll Own

• Admin & Finance: Track payments, update sales records, manage inventory, and support reporting with bookkeeping tools
• Customer Support: Respond to B2B and B2C enquiries, process orders, and ensure flawless fulfilment
• Content Coordination: Schedule social media posts, manage calendars, and assist with content rollouts
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaise with suppliers and freelancers to keep timelines and quality on track
• Research & Product Support: Conduct market research, assist with product testing and packaging, and prep for regulatory steps
• System Building: Document SOPs, improve workflows, and support seasonal campaigns, launches, and special projects
