Job Description:

  • Deliver a first-class, luxury experience by welcoming and engaging with clients, guests, visitors, and staff in an approachable, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general inquiries and correspondence, ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure seamless workflows and maintain a well-organized work environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships, ensuring timely replenishment and cost control.
  • Supervise non-technical staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to office standards and processes.
  • Handle administrative tasks including documentation, filing, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Report and escalate any office discrepancies, maintenance issues, or facility-related concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a high standard of professionalism across all office operations.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on office performance, supply usage, vendor performance, and any identified discrepancies.
  • Work closely with leadership, administrative teams, and other departments to support company-wide initiatives and ensure office needs align with organizational goals.
  • Assist with special projects and events as required.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role in a luxury, corporate, or client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • proximity to location is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦120,000.00 per month

  • Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
