This role ensures that office spaces are clean, well-organized, and conducive to a productive work atmosphere. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage routine tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas daily.
  • Empty trash bins, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces.
  • Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and kept hygienic.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms or rearranging office furniture as needed.
  • Run errands and perform simple clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, or delivering documents.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and report when replenishment is needed.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of SSCE/High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in office cleaning or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and physically fit to carry out cleaning duties.
