Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment while gaining exposure to the world of fashion and luxury leather pieces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and partners.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Assist with daily operations, ensuring that office tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a filing system for both digital and physical documents, ensuring easy retrieval and proper organization.
- Support the HR team with basic employee-related tasks, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Assist the sales Team with uploading products on the website, sorting and packaging orders.
- Coordinate logistics for shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
- Help with social media and marketing tasks as needed, including creating content for promotions and assisting with brand presentations.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely deliveries and the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications:
- SSCE or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
