Ultrahire is recruiting on behalf of a leading hospitality company in Wuse, Abuja, that specializes in luxury apartments and operates a thriving mall. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth running of daily administrative and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office operations, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.
- Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, and handling other administrative tasks.
- Support staff with clerical duties, including photocopying, printing, and arranging documents.
- Manage office inventory and ensure supplies are well-stocked.
- Assist in setting up meetings, receiving guests, and handling minor front desk responsibilities.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of documents within and outside the office.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
- Must be trustworthy, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
