Ultrahire is recruiting on behalf of a leading hospitality company in Wuse, Abuja, that specializes in luxury apartments and operates a thriving mall. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth running of daily administrative and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office operations, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.
  • Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, and handling other administrative tasks.
  • Support staff with clerical duties, including photocopying, printing, and arranging documents.
  • Manage office inventory and ensure supplies are well-stocked.
  • Assist in setting up meetings, receiving guests, and handling minor front desk responsibilities.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of documents within and outside the office.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
  • Must be trustworthy, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
