Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Office Admin to join our client’s dynamic team in the Renewable Energy Sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communications, meetings, and other relevant information.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- B.SC in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous behavior.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Use of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

Pay: From ₦70,000.00 per month
