Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Accountant to join our growing team in the dynamic food delivery industry. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations, supporting day-to-day accounting activities, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Assist with budget development and expense tracking across departments
• Liaise with vendors, banks, and other financial stakeholders
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to monitor cost controls and efficiency metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional accounting experience (experience in the food, logistics, or delivery sector is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Familiarity with financial regulations, tax laws, and bookkeeping practices
• Experience with inventory and cost tracking systems is an advantage
