Job Description:

The Nutritionist will be responsible for analyzing and improving the nutritional value of our menu offerings, ensuring we meet customer dietary needs while maintaining our signature flavors. This role requires expertise in food science, dietary planning, and health-conscious menu development. The ideal candidate will work closely with our culinary and marketing teams to create delicious, nutritious, and marketable food options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the nutritional content of Crepe Nation’s existing menu items.
• Develop and recommend health-conscious and dietary-friendly options (e.g., gluten-free, keto, vegan, low-calorie).
• Ensure menu items align with FDA nutritional guidelines and any required food regulations.
• Collaborate with chefs and R&D teams to enhance ingredients, portion sizes, and overall nutritional value.
• Provide nutritional labeling and ingredient breakdowns for transparency.
• Educate staff on nutrition, allergens, and dietary considerations to improve customer service.
• Stay updated on food trends, dietary guidelines, and health-conscious innovations.
• Assist with marketing initiatives by creating nutrition-based content for social media, blogs, or promotional materials.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Nutritionist (CNS) credentials preferred.
• Experience in food service, restaurant consulting, or menu planning.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, allergen labeling, and dietary trends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with culinary teams.
• Passion for creating balanced and flavorful meals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦160,000.00 per month
