Job Description:

CULTUR FM is at the forefront of immersive live-event experiences, partnering with leading brands and productions to deliver unforgettable, visually driven moments.

We’re seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our network of remote contractors and bring our brand—and our partners’ IP—to life on the biggest LED stages in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Visuals: Collaborate closely with the CULTUR FM Creative Team to conceptualize and produce bespoke motion graphics for large-scale LED screens at concerts, festivals, and live events.
• Brand Integration: Seamlessly incorporate CULTUR FM’s brand identity—and any partner IP—into each design, ensuring cohesion with the event’s overall theme.
• Marketing Assets: Develop motion-graphic content for social media campaigns, promotional videos, digital ads, and general marketing collateral.
• Custom Animations: Design and animate custom visual elements (logos, transitions, typographic treatments, data visualizations, etc.) as needed.
• File Prep & Delivery: Export and optimize final assets for various display resolutions and playback systems, adhering to technical specifications and delivery deadlines.

Requirements

Applicants must have a primary background in motion design; candidates with only static graphic-design experience will not be considered.

• Portfolio: A strong reel showcasing large-format LED-screen work (concert visuals, live-event animations) and versatile motion-graphic projects for digital channels.

• Technical Proficiency:
• Expert in After Effects (including expressions), Cinema 4D or similar 3D packages, and video-editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Familiarity with real-time engines (e.g. Resolume, TouchDesigner) is a plus.
• Creative Collaboration: Proven ability to translate creative briefs and event themes into dynamic visual narratives, and to iterate rapidly based on feedback.

• Communication & Time Management:
• Excellent written and verbal communication—comfortable working across time zones.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet firm deadlines.

Contract Details

• Location: 100% Remote
• Engagement: Project-based contracts, with opportunities for ongoing collaboration
• Compensation: Competitive rates, commensurate with experience and project scope
