Job Description:
We are looking for a Mobile Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for issuing tickets, assisting passengers, and providing top-notch customer service on the move for our transport company. You will use mobile ticketing devices to make transactions and ensure a smooth experience for our passengers. This is an exciting role for an SSCE holder who enjoys working with the public and is comfortable using technology in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Issue tickets to passengers using mobile ticketing systems
Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with inquiries and concerns
Ensure compliance with company rules, policies, and ticketing regulations
Accurately process cash and mobile payments
Monitor and maintain the mobile ticketing system for efficiency and accuracy
Assist with boarding and alighting passengers safely and efficiently
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary
Promote company services and special offers to passengers
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at boarding points and transport vehicles
Requirements:
SSCE (Senior Secondary Certificate Examination) qualification or equivalent
Strong interest in customer service and public transport
Ability to operate mobile ticketing devices and basic technology
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦50,000.00 – ₦80,000.00 per month
