Job Description:

Zeenab Foods Limited, a fast-growing player in the food processing and distribution sector, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical professional with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and internal controls within a structured business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage general ledger functions and ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant tax laws.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and receivables/payables.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support decision-making.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions (VAT, PAYE, Pension, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years post-NYSC accounting experience (preferably in FMCG, Agriculture, or Manufacturing).
• Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft 365,Sage, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month
