Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Accountant to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, performing financial analysis, and providing support for budgeting and forecasting processes. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Perform financial analysis, including ratio analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct financial modeling and forecasting
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Identify and resolve financial problems and discrepancies
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Professional certification (such as ACCA or ACA will be an added advantage)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

Salary range: 250,000-350,000
