Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team at Shashwat Technologies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in full-stack web development and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications. This role involves technical leadership, problem-solving, and innovation in building scalable web solutions.

Responsibilities

✅ Web Development: Design and develop scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
✅ Software Development Lifecycle: Own the full development cycle—from design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
✅ Technical Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks proactively.
✅ Technology Updates: Stay up to date with the latest MERN stack trends and advancements.
✅ Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on front-end and back-end development.
✅ Product Development: Lead and scale product development using the MERN stack.
✅ Strategic Contribution: Play an active role in shaping the company’s technical strategy and roadmap.
✅ Agile Methodology: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies.
✅ DevOps Practices: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Experience: Minimum 5+ years in full-stack development, focusing on the MERN stack.
✔ JavaScript & Frameworks: Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, and Node.js.
✔ Node.js Frameworks: Experience with Next.js, NestJS for building scalable applications.
✔ UI Component Development: Understanding of portable, framework-agnostic UI components (e.g., Web Components).
✔ API & Microservices: Expertise in RESTful APIs, Express.js, and Node.js-based microservices.
✔ State Management: Experience with Redux, Context API for front-end state management.
✔ Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
✔ Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git and repository management.
✔ Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Digital Ocean (a must-have).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, Next.js.
Strong knowledge of frontend, backend, and database development.
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Working knowledge of AI Chatbots, CRM, and Page Builder development.
