Job Description:

Act as liaison officer between potential merchants and the company to gather required documentation and information for the on-boarding process and ensure a seamless on-boarding process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation and Managing day to day Merchant Lifecycle tasks, such as obtaining and screening onboard documents.
• Responsible for ensuring all information/due diligence is kept up to date and that workflow progression and response times are kept within pre-defined SLAs.
• Ensure the update of all necessary reports to fulfill internal and external compliance and reporting obligations.
• Provide training and support to help merchants understand ITEX Pay platform.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering best practices and troubleshooting assistance
• Monitor and track the progress of merchant on-boarding.
• Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the on-boarding process.
• Maintain detailed records of merchant interactions and status updates.
• Provide input to projects and audits if required.
• Work with the business development/account management team to ensure that merchants receive the service levels required to satisfy their business needs.
• Produce and maintain weekly and monthly reports to senior management.
• Ensure that the AML and KYC policies are followed and adhered to.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• BSc in any discipline
• Previous experience in a customer facing role is required

Knowledge:

• Product Knowledge, customer focus and an understanding of payments processing

Skills:

• Analytical skills, Flexibility and adaptability, organizational skills, good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with merchants and internal teams. Good inter-personal skills and high emotional intelligence, and excellent Problem-solving skills

Abilities:

• Ability to lead by example, ability to work with all levels within the organization especially and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Result-oriented and being a good team player

Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦350,000.00 per month
