Are you a creative thinker with a passion for video production, storytelling, and media content? We’re looking for a dynamic Media/Production Assistant to support our growing media and communications projects. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for visuals, an interest in content that drives social impact, and a willingness to grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You’ll work closely with our creative and program teams to develop visual content, support filming and post-production activities, and contribute ideas to drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in video recording, editing, and post-production
• Support content planning and basic storyboarding for media projects
• Handle equipment setup, lighting, and basic shooting logistics
• Participate in script development and storytelling sessions
• Provide support during interviews, on-set shoots, or field content capture
• Organize media files, ensure backups, and manage digital archives
• Assist in content creation for social media (reels, short clips, promos)
• Work with internal teams to align content with project goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Passion for media, video production, and digital storytelling
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, iMovie)
• Strong sense of creativity, visual composition, and narrative structure
• Ability to work under guidance and take creative direction
• Background in Mass Communication, Theatre Arts, Media Production, or related fields (graduate or student)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a media/creative career
