Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance

✔ Troubleshoot and repair ball mills, Jaw crushers, mixers, blowers, and conveyors

✔ Inspect equipment for wear, damage, or abnormal operation

✔ Replace or align bearings, shafts, couplings, and seals

✔ Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed

✔ Support installation and commissioning of new equipment

✔ Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and downtime

✔ Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance

✔ 2–5 years of hands-on experience in plant maintenance, preferably in mineral processing industries such as Cement are Metal.

✔ Knowledge of rotating equipment and mechanical power transmission

✔ Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals

✔ Basic welding, cutting, and fabrication skills

✔ Must be safety-conscious and physically fit for heavy-duty work
