Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the efficient operation of our factory equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining mechanical systems, particularly in an industrial or factory setting, and possess strong knowledge of boilers, piping, welding, and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot boilers, steam lines, and heat exchangers.
• Inspect, repair, and replace piping systems and pneumatic valves.
• Conduct welding tasks as required for maintenance and repairs.
• Interpret mechanical diagrams and models to guide maintenance work.
• Ensure minimal downtime by proactively identifying mechanical issues.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards during all operations.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in mechanical maintenance within a factory or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of boiler operations, compressed air systems, and steam generation.
• Skilled in welding and mechanical repair techniques.
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems and mechanical schematics.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Technical training or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦350,000.00 per month
