Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans and delivering instruction to students . The successful candidate will create a learning environment that fosters academic growth and encourages students to develop their mathematical skills.

• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Teach mathematical concepts, including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus, in an engaging and accessible manner.
• Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, assignments, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify students needing additional support and provide individualized instruction to enhance understanding.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and confidence in mathematics.
• Collaborate with school administrators, colleagues, and parents to ensure student success.
• Stay updated on advancements in mathematics education and incorporate innovative teaching techniques.
• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to curriculum planning and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or license (as required by the educational institution or state regulations).
• Proven experience as a Mathematics Teacher or in a similar teaching role.
• Strong mathematical knowledge and the ability to teach various levels of mathematics.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and student needs.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
