Job Description:
As the Marketing Support, you will lead the development and execution of marketing efforts for our digital football platform. This role will be instrumental in securing sponsorships, creating marketing collateral (e.g., pitch decks), and providing end-to-end marketing support during our pre-launch and launch phases.
The ideal candidate will have proven marketing experience, preferably with sports or digital platforms, and should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a cohesive marketing strategy for the platform relaunch across multiple channels.
- Create and customise professional marketing pitch decks to attract sponsors and partners.
- Develop and coordinate pre-launch and launch marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the platform’s brand positioning and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, creative agencies, and external partners to support the execution of all marketing plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing efforts and provide periodic reports and improvement recommendations.
- Attend marketing planning meetings and provide on-call support related to marketing and sponsorship execution.
- Develop brand-aligned messaging and support the content team in maintaining tone, consistency, and engagement across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Identify, reach out to, and maintain relationships with potential sponsors, ensuring timely follow-ups, proposal customisation, and communication throughout the partnership cycle.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in a marketing, brand strategy, or sponsorship role.
- Previous experience in sports, media, and entertainment environments is highly desirable.
- Passion for football, media, or sports marketing is a significant plus.

- Strong understanding of marketing and sponsorship acquisition.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Professional marketing certification would be an advantage.
Work Mode: Remote(Availability for occasional meetings or on-site events as required)
