This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Lagos. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales efforts, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, creating marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Market Research and Sales
• Ability to develop and implement effective Marketing Strategies
• Proficiency in data analysis and market trend analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the resource management or E-commerce industry is a plus
