Job Description:

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you will drive our digital marketing initiatives, manage social media campaigns, and provide actionable analytics reports to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta platforms, email marketing, etc.).
• Develop and schedule social media content using Meta Business Suite and Buffer.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
• Execute and analyze email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across marketing efforts.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven hands-on experience with:
• Google Ads (campaign creation, optimization, reporting)
• Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
• Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or Klaviyo)
• Social media scheduling tools (Buffer or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month
