Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketer to join our team in Agege, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing and sales, particularly in the building and construction equipment industry. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can develop sales strategies, attract new clients, and meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell building and construction machinery and equipment to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, construction companies, and other potential buyers.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and monitor industry trends.
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads and boost sales.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful deals.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and field visits.
• Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a marketer or sales representative, preferably in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
• Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good knowledge of Agege and surrounding areas will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of OND/HND. Higher qualifications will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦120,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
