Job Description:

We are seeking motivated, target oriented and dynamic Marketers to join our IFC Target Savings team.

• Minimum Qualification : Diploma
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 1 year
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with potential customers in assigned areas.
• Onboarding new clients onto our daily, 100-days, 180-days, and 1-year target savings plans.
• Collecting daily contributions from customers and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage savings discipline.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with smartphones.
• Experience in sales, field marketing, or financial services is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or financial services is an advantage.
• Reside within the Kubwa area of operation and have good knowledge of local communities.
• Must be a trustworthy and dependable person.

Remuneration: NGN 75,000 – 150,000
