Job Description:

We seek a Managing Director who will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, managing the executive team, and developing strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives. This includes financial management, business development, client relationship management and regulatory compliance.

• Experience Level : Executive level
• Experience Length : 20 years

Responsibilities:

Strategic and Business Planning

• Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for manufacturing and operations aligned with the company’s overall vision, goals, and mission.
• Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives, adapting to market dynamics and competitive pressures to ensure long-term success.

Performance Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations including finance, human resources, sales and marketing, manufacturing operations, information technology, supply chain management, and other functions.
• Monitor and evaluate organizational performance & financial metrics.

Financial Management & Regulatory Compliance:

• Manage financial resources, budgets, and investments to optimize resource allocation, ensuring compliance with legal, and regulatory standards.
• Lead crisis management and risk mitigation initiatives, by identifying and addressing threats to the organization’s reputation, financial stability, and operational continuity.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain critical relationships with stakeholders comprising investors, board members, partners, customers, employees, and the community.

Requirements:

• Leadership and Management skills, including team leadership and strategic planning
• Experience in Financial Management and Business Development
• Excellent Client Relationship Management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry is absolutely critical.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; MBA or MSc
