Job Description:
Support the General Manager in developing and presenting media strategies and
plans that meet client objectives.
● Coordinate and execute media plan whilst working with outside media partners as
as well as colleagues.
● Use Media Planning tools and resources to generate data-driven insights into
consumer behavior, and media choices.
● Creating clear and impactful presentations and media plans to communicate our
recommendations to our clients.
● Working closely with media owners, creative agency partners and colleagues on
client briefs to deliver creative and effective media solutions for our clients.
● Perform research against defined audiences to identify the best media
opportunities to reach them.
● Determine appropriate media partners for clients. Submit and evaluate RFPs to
those partners.
● Support new business pitching, including taking an active role in meetings and pitch
presentations and not just in a supporting role behind the scenes.
● Manage key clients and projects, providing first-class service.
● Negotiate with media partners on behalf of clients and the agency for the most
favorable rates, positioning, and “added value” merchandising. Maintain effective
working relationships with sales representatives and be the agency’s main point of
contact for all media partners.
● Work with internal digital teams to identify & integrate budgets and create, launch,
and maintain online ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
● Develop close working relationships with our clients and delight them with attentive
service and strategic thinking.
● Analyze real-time results and optimize buys to improve performance and assure
contracted delivery.
● Work with the creative team to ensure optimal ad development and harmony
between media and creative.
● Work with internal teams to optimize creative and content strategies that align with
campaign goals, delivery, and performance
● Utilize internally developed cross-channel optimization tools to analyze
performance.
● Ensure that the media buying delivers on the media plan and strategy
● Deliver campaign performance projections and analysis with eye towards future
implications.
● Communicate performance, optimization, and other various tasks related to
campaign execution and results to clients.
● Review proof of performance and vendor documentation to ensure media is
running and performing as planned.
● Receive, evaluate, and reconcile media invoices in collaboration with the Operations
and Accounting Team for monthly client invoicing and against overall client and
media budgets.
● Monitor emerging industry trends in traditional and digital marketing. Meet with
potential media and technology vendors.
● Continually push the bar for more creative, innovative media solutions.
● Suggest and introduce relevant media and marketing technologies that can help
gain clients a competitive edge
● Work to understand clients’ pressures and internal demands to ensure the Agency
is responding to their needs and shaping our service delivery around them.
● Mentor and Coach subordinates.

Pay: From ₦500,000.00 per month
