Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Identify and resolve building issues (e.g., leaks, electrical problems).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address safety hazards.
• Perform minor repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of building facilities.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Facilities Maintenance Worker, or in a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC principles.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦120,000.00 per month
