Job Description:

WosAm Arena Ltd is Ogun State’s foremost entertainment and hospitality brand with hotel, cinema, nightlife and sports entertainment interests. We aim to provide world class hospitality and entertainment services in the heart of Western Nigeria. WosAm Arena is looking to hire a maintenance officer to join the facility management team.

The ideal candidate will:

• Assemble new parts and make sure equipment is in good working condition.
• Raise orders for fittings or and any specialized components or fixtures needed to repair equipment.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations.
• Perform routine, daily checks to monitor the condition of all company equipment and machines.
• Control downtime by informing staff members of routine preventive maintenance plans
• Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
• Provide maintenance support for electrical, joinery and other issues

This role will report to the facility management team lead.

Minimum qualification:

OND

A good command of English language

Relevant certifications such as HSE, are an added advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Physical stamina
• Familiarity with industrial equipment
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦120,000.00 per month
