Job Description:

As a Maintenance HVAC Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on HVAC systems across residential, commercial, or industrial properties. This is a hands-on role that keeps buildings running smoothly and occupants comfortable year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment (filters, belts, coils, etc.)

Inspect systems for signs of wear, leaks, or damage

Ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently and safely

Complete maintenance logs and service reports

Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs

Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations

Report major issues to supervisors or service teams for escalation

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training or certification preferred

1–3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance

Familiarity with commercial or residential HVAC systems

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics

Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
