Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Executive to oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient transportation, timely deliveries, inventory management, and seamless supply chain processes to meet customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

Logistics Planning & Execution: Coordinate and optimize the movement of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Oversee stock levels, warehouse operations, and distribution to minimize shortages and excess inventory.

Route & Fleet Management: Plan efficient delivery routes, track Bike movements, and ensure optimal use of company resources.

Vendor & Customer Coordination: Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and clients to manage expectations, resolve issues, and maintain strong business relationships.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to all logistics-related regulations, including proper documentation, invoicing, and reporting.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key logistics metrics such as delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in logistics software and tracking systems.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the courier, e-commerce, or distribution industry is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
