Our client, a fast-growing and professionally-run FMCG company, with a factory located in Shagamu/Ijebu-Ode axis and Head Office in Lagos Mainland, requires a brilliant, honest and diligent individual to grow with its team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, work with department managers to assess training and development needs and provide management with trainees’ program reports.
• Organizing training materials and training programs, as well as ensuring that the costs of planned programs don’t exceed the provided budget.

Major Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Business administration or any other relevant discipline.
• Professional certification in HR Management will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in learning and development.
• Experience in manufacturing and FMCG is an added advantage.
• Location: Factory, Ogun State
