What You’ll Do
✔ Lead the design and execution of group-wide performance management systems
✔ Coordinate quarterly appraisals, reviews, and follow-through actions
✔ Design and manage competitive compensation and recognition strategies
✔ Maintain accurate, organization-wide KPI systems and performance data
✔ Drive performance improvement plans and coach underperforming employees
✔ Build and lead a results-driven HR performance team
What You Bring
✔Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
✔5+ years of experience in performance/rewards management or HR
✔2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
✔Strong analytical and communication skills
✔Confident decision-making and a passion for driving high performance

✔ Timely and quality delivery of performance appraisals
✔Accurate and up-to-date KPIs across departments
✔ Effective reward strategies and performance improvement outcomes

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦400,000.00 – ₦600,000.00 per month
