Job Description:

The Lead Operations & Facilities is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring that all company-wide operations (excluding inventory) and facility-related systems run efficiently, safely, and in full alignment with the goals and standards of Precise Lighting. This individual will manage day-to-day execution across all business units, supervise the state and functionality of every operational site, and ensure coordination between departments and locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day operational functions across all company locations (excluding inventory control)

2. Develop and enforce SOPs for operational excellence across teams

3. Monitor service delivery, site coordination, and customer-facing readiness

4. Manage maintenance, repairs, safety compliance, and facility upgrades

5. Supervise vendors and third-party contractors (security, cleaning, utilities, repairs)

6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

7. Prepare weekly reports on facility readiness, operational issues, and budgets

8. Support leadership by resolving operational issues and escalating critical risks

Requirements

1. 5+ years experience in operations and/or facility management across multiple locations

2. Strong leadership of teams, vendors, and contractors

3. Experience enforcing compliance, safety, and service standards

4. Proven track record in multi-site operations management

5. Excellent reporting, communication, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦350,000.00 – ₦400,000.00 per month
