Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct land surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries and topographic features.

 • Prepare site plans, maps, and survey reports for project planning and execution.

 • Utilize GPS, GIS, and other survey instruments to gather and analyze spatial data. 

• Verify land titles, legal documents, and government regulations related to land use. • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate project execution.

 • Monitor land movement and provide recommendations to mitigate construction risks. • Maintain survey equipment and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.

  Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field. 

 • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in land surveying, preferably in real estate or    construction.

 • Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD, GIS, Total Station, GPS, etc.). 

 • Strong knowledge of Nigerian land laws, property boundaries, and legal documentation.
