Job Description:

The Kitchen Assistant assists in food preparation. He/She ensures that utensils and work areas are clean and ready for the next shift. He/She also ensures that all kitchen equipment and structures are kept and maintained in safe and good working order at all times. He/She assists in stock take and storage of stock. He/She cooks and packages batches of food. He/She prepares and serves beverages such as coffee and fountain drinks.

Tasks

• Grill ready-to-use products.

• Prepare Western cold sauces.
• Prepare fish and seafood for cooking.
• Prepare meat and poultry for cooking.
• Prepare vegetables, fruits, nuts and mushrooms.
• Receive and store products.
• Understand halal food requirements.
• Work in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦50,000.00 – ₦55,000.00 per month
