Job Description:

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in meal preparation and cooking as directed by the Operations Supervisor or Cook.
• Support in maintaining high standards of food hygiene, quality, and presentation.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Help with unpacking, storing, and organizing food supplies and groceries.
• Assist in conducting weekly and monthly stock checks and updating inventory records.
• Run basic errands such as market visits, supply pickups, and grocery shopping.
• Ensure compliance with all kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep records of kitchen-related expenses and assist with basic reporting.
• Liaise with vendors/suppliers under the supervision of the Cook or Operations Supervisor.
• Provide support with general tasks and light administrative duties when needed.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦60,000.00 – ₦70,000.00 per month
