Job Description:
Responsible for managing kitchen inventory, ensuring proper stock levels, and assisting with meal service in both the kitchen and dining area, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and excellent customer service.
- Minimum Qualification : Diploma
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track kitchen stock, including food supplies, utensils, and cleaning materials.
- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain proper storage and labeling of ingredients to prevent spoilage.
- Keep records of stock levels and report shortages to management for timely restocking.
- Help with basic food preparation and plating as needed.
- Set up dining tables with necessary utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Serve meals to guests efficiently and ensure their dining needs are met.
- Clear tables and wash dishes after meals.
- Keep the kitchen, pantry, and dining areas clean and organized.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Greet and assist guests with their meal requests.
- Address any special dietary needs or meal preferences.
- Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.
