Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our Superteam. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our customer operations & ensuring seamless user experiences. Your responsibilities will include processing & managing user transactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and assisting customer service representatives in resolving inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Process, verify and manage user transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
– Provide timely support to customer service teams to enhance user satisfaction.
– Maintain clear communication with users and internal comms team.
– Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in Web 3 to better address user needs.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
– Proven ability to work alternating day/night shifts & weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
– Strong computer literacy; familiarity with macOS/MacBook is a plus.
– Proficiency in performing quick arithmetic calculations (percentages, decimals, profit/loss).
– Excellent problem-solving skills & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Must reside within a commutable distance to our office in Ikeja, Lagos.
