Junior Inventory Officer

Job Description:

This role supports the efficient management of inventory by tracking stock levels, assisting with stock audits, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and eager to grow within a dynamic food service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels across departments
• Record daily stock usage and update inventory systems
• Participate in regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Support receiving and storing of deliveries
• Report low stock and potential shortages
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory area

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification
• 3 year of experience in inventory or stock control (food industry is a plus)
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be punctual, honest, and proactive

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 6 days a week
• On-site
