As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will manage a team of cleaning staff and ensure that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in facility cleaning management.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and code of conduct
• Implement work plans and assign tasks to team members
• Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards.
• Ensure staff coordinate themselves professionally at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role in facilities management.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Strong initiative and proactiveness

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
