Key Responsibilities
IT Support: Provide technical support, manage software installations, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Security Focus: Assist with enforcing security protocols, educate users on best practices, and monitor systems for security vulnerabilities.
Incident Management: Log issues, track resolution, and escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 4 years in IT support with a focus on security protocols and helpdesk management.
Certifications:
Preferred: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with helpdesk tools like ServiceNow and Jira Service Desk.
Understanding of multi-factor authentication, user access controls, and secure password management.
Familiarity with remote support tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
