Key Responsibilities

  • IT Support: Provide technical support, manage software installations, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Security Focus: Assist with enforcing security protocols, educate users on best practices, and monitor systems for security vulnerabilities.
  • Incident Management: Log issues, track resolution, and escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 – 4 years in IT support with a focus on security protocols and helpdesk management.

Certifications:

  • Preferred: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with helpdesk tools like ServiceNow and Jira Service Desk.
  • Understanding of multi-factor authentication, user access controls, and secure password management.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
