Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for all in-house hardware and software, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution.
Manage internal and cloud-based networks, ensuring seamless connectivity across the team.
Ensure data backups, security protocols, and disaster recovery systems are in place and regularly maintained.
Set up and maintain software licenses, IT subscriptions, and ensure compliance with security standards.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software for team members.
Provide training and support on new technology and tools.
Maintain and support all production equipment, including cameras, editing workstations, and video equipment.
Support video production workflows, including storage management for large video files.
Monitor system performance and perform regular updates/maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues for editing suites and design tools used by the creative team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT support specialist or in a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and security.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
