We are seeking a proactive and technically grounded IT Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our internal quality assurance operations and technical support functions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a deep understanding of both hardware QA testing and Business IT Infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT hardware QA, technical support, or IT operations (preferably in an ITAD or re-commerce environment).
• Experience using barcode/asset tag scanners and labeling systems.
• Proven experience leading QA processes and managing inventory accuracy in a structured environment.
• Familiarity with user access control tools, inventory tracking software, and device provisioning practices.
