Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, experience in sales or business development, and the ability to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
• Generate leads, attend networking events, and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
• Provide regular feedback to internal teams regarding market demands, customer pain points, and potential innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in IT sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and/or digital transformation trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

✅Experience in B2B IT sales.

✅Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), SaaS models, or cybersecurity services.
