Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:*

– Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and audience preferences.

– Curate and manage a diverse content library, including local and international TV shows, movies, documentaries, and live events.

– Collaborate with content producers, distributors, and partners to acquire high-quality programming.

– Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize viewer engagement and satisfaction.

– Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure our content remains competitive.

– Work closely with the marketing team to promote content and drive subscriber growth.

– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and content licensing agreements.

– Manage content scheduling and ensure timely delivery of programs.

– Oversee the localization and adaptation of content to suit the Nigerian audience.

*Qualifications:*

– Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in content management, programming, or a similar role in the media/entertainment industry.

– Strong understanding of IPTV, OTT platforms, and digital content distribution.

– Excellent knowledge of content trends, audience preferences, and the Nigerian media landscape.

– Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

– Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

– Excellent communication and organizational skills.

– Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 – ₦400,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 14 – 21 per week
