Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Investment & Portfolio Manager to lead our investment initiatives. This role involves identifying and engaging potential investors, developing investment plans, and managing our financial portfolio to ensure growth and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment management, financial planning, and business development, preferably within the AgriTech or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with Hubeatz.com’s growth objectives.
• Identify and engage potential investors, including venture capitalists, impact investors, and institutional funds.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis to support investment decisions.
• Negotiate investment terms and oversee deal structuring.
• Portfolio & Financial Management
• Manage and optimize the company’s investment portfolio for maximum returns.
• Track and analyze financial performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop financial reports and presentations for investors and stakeholders.
• Investor Relations & Fundraising
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and financial institutions.
• Lead fundraising initiatives, including pitching to investors and securing funding rounds.
• Ensure compliance with investment regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Market Research & Risk Assessment
• Analyze market trends, industry insights, and competitor strategies to inform investment decisions.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect investments.
• Explore new investment opportunities in AgriTech and related sectors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Investment Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in investment management, venture capital, private equity, or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of AgriTech, agribusiness, or impact investing is a plus.
• Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and financial strategy execution.
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive investment initiatives with minimal supervision.

Pay: From ₦300,000.00 per month
