Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee stock levels, track inventory movements, and optimize supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, warehouse management, and data analysis to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and procurement teams to optimize stock flow.
• Track inventory transactions, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain data integrity.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to forecast demand and minimize waste.
• Utilize inventory management software to track and optimize stock movements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
