Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Assist in identifying new sales leads through market research, networking, and existing customer relationships.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs and generate initial interest in the company’s products and services.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide detailed product/service information to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work with the sales team to develop tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
Sales Reporting & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Track sales performance and assist in preparing regular reports for the sales manager.
- Ensure the timely processing of sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate and clients are satisfied with the service.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and provide insights on customer preferences.
- Support the sales team with product knowledge, customer objections, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
Customer Follow-up:
- Follow up on leads generated from various channels (including inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting).
- Ensure ongoing communication with prospects to nurture and convert them into customers.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain the company’s sales database and update it with the latest customer and sales information.
- Provide internal administrative support for the sales team, including organizing meetings, creating presentations, and managing documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- A proactive and motivated approach to sales.

Job Type: Full Time(Monday-Friday)
Pay: ₦300,000.00 – ₦350,000.00 per month
