Job Description:

We are seeking a creative interior designer who will play a pivotal role in contributing to a range of exciting residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating client needs into beautiful, functional, and timeless interiors.

This role requires a deep understanding of space planning, aesthetics, and materials, as well as strong communication and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand project briefs, preferences, and functional requirements.
• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans tailored to client goals.
• Prepare detailed interior drawings, including furniture layouts, elevations, and finishes.
• Select and source furniture, fittings, materials, and accessories.
• Create 2D and 3D visualizations using design software for client presentations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Visit project sites to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
• Prepare project documentation including timelines, budgets, and materials lists.
• Stay updated on design trends, new materials, and emerging techniques.
• Ensure all work aligns with project timelines, budgets, and company quality standards.
• Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the organisation.

Qualifications and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in an interior design or architectural firm.

General Conditions

• Remuneration: N250,000 monthly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦250,000.00 per month
