 To design, decorate, and furnish the entire home with high-end yet functional aesthetics to maximize property value and buyer appeal.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive interior design plan for the entire house (living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, exterior/porch).
• Select furniture, fixtures, and décor that balance style, durability, and affordability.
• Ensure all design decisions are made with resale value, livability, and buyer trends in mind.
• Optimize layout, lighting, space use, and flow for both comfort and staging appeal.
• Oversee or advise on procurement, delivery, and installation of furnishings and accessories.
• Work closely with the construction and staging teams to ensure design is ready for showing or listing .
• Provide a digital design board (mood board, 3D renders, shopping list, budget breakdown).
• Ensure timelines and budgets are met without compromising style or quality.

? Requirements

• Proven experience in residential interior decorating, staging, or design
• Portfolio showcasing before-and-after transformations or 3D renderings
• Strong understanding of modern, transitional, and contemporary U.S. design trends
• Experience furnishing homes for resale or staging is a major plus
• Ability to source affordable yet high-quality furniture and decor
• Strong budgeting and vendor management skills
• Comfortable with remote collaboration and digital presentations
• Familiarity with tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva, or 3D design platforms is an advantage

• Full interior design concept for each space
• 2–3 style variations or options for review
• Final design board with links to purchase items (from global retailers)
• A realistic budget range with options for upgrades/downgrades
